Meditation
Meditation instruction and Guided meditation sessions
Traditional meditation techniques empower us with the capacity to experience a more calm and stable state of mind. Unfortunately, modern "westernized" meditation sessions have become known as bliss circles where people sit to be guided into periods of tranquility. While the immediate experience can be pleasant it does nothing to help us manage emotions and mental states in our daily lives. It doesn't teach us anything. Skillful meditation is intended to be practiced anytime, anywhere, with any aspect of your life that you find yourself in. Learn traditional meditation skills from a direct lineage holder.
