Sessions will include gentle and mild manual massage techniques targeting energy meridians. These warming techniques will be followed by specific acupoint treatment as well as dynamic and static cupping. Clients hoping to address specific discomfort or dysfunction may find that the restoring of natural energy flow throughout the body to be highly effective. This needle free acupoint treatment is gentle and non-invasive. For thousands of years acupoint and cupping therapy have been relied upon to treat conditions of digestion, sleep quality, stress/anxiety, pain relief, recovery and much more. The 90 minute session includes the opportunity for a wellness discussion to talk about goals and expectations or any quality of life considerations.
