Service Description

Strong, heavy pressure intended to reach deeply into muscles targeting specific muscle groups. The work should not be unbearably painful but may be considered occasionally intense. Hands will be used to lift, stretch and squeeze muscles. The heel of the hand, forearm and elbows may be used to compress and stretch larger muscles. This could be the best modality for muscles that are frequently used and stressed or as occasional deep muscle relief and release. Relieve stored fatigue and stress expressed by tight shortened tissues. If you are already sore from activity this will be very intense and possibly painful. Sessions may include myofascial release and assisted joint mobility.
