Receive instructions and guided support customized to you and where you are on your journey from a direct lineage holder of the tradition. New practitioners might enjoy learning techniques to develop awareness in the present moment to enjoy life more fully. Or possibly deepen the capacity to experience kindness and compassion for themselves and others. Advanced practitioners might work toward recognizing and finding peace with the true nature of mind. Meditation techniques meant for you to take with you to work, in the car, at the office, on holidays....anytime, anywhere.
Cancellation Policy
